We also have "New Member" information luncheons where people who are new to the church get to ask questions and hear from leadership about the church's history & vision. Below are a few areas that may answer some of your questions and give you more insight into who we are. We ask all visitors to give 4 Weeks in a row to attending The Way. We believe that in 4 weeks you will be able to see who we are as a church by getting to know our leadership, our members, and the way God moves here. After 4 weeks and much prayer we are confident that you will know if The Way is God’s church home & community for you.

We know it's important to you so being upfront and clear about what we believe at The Way is vital. We are a Spirit filled church where you will not just hear the word of God preached but actually encounter the presence of the Lord. The Way is a bible believing bible teaching church that will not compromise the truth of God's word. The Way expects real people living real lives to come as they are and experience the goodness of Jesus. The Way is a beautifully diverse community at all levels. God has blessed us with diversity within the pastoral team, throughout each ministry team, and throughout the church’s membership. The Way is truly as outwardly focused as we are inwardly committed and we know that this is the kind of church you want to be a part of.
One of the many miracles of the church is that so many different people can be ministered to in the same Sunday service even though they are each at unique places in their individual lives and going through things that are specific to them. The Way's development courses are designed to make sure that everyone can find an individual path for growth no matter what season or series the church may be in as a whole. Courses include 1. Salvation 2. Baptism 3. Prayer 4. Discipleship and 5. Ministry. The 6th course offered is on Church Membership which ultimately makes sense of and connects all the dots for how the other courses are intended to be lived out in community through the lives of believers.
Pastor Vaughn was dramatically saved in 2004, married his beautiful wife Mary in 2006 and planted the church in 2008. PV has traveled the world preaching the gospel and doing missionary work from Egypt & Kenya to London & Northern Ireland but he loves preaching and teaching at The Way more than anywhere else. Vaughn and Mary have 3 beautiful children Nate, Naomi, & Nile.
